Rental fees include:

• Collision Damage Waiver Insurance (C.D.W)*

*Collision damage waiver insurance means that Dimitris rented vehicle is insured towards collision damages(material damages) also caused by the renter, but with an excess amount to pay.

The Excess Amount for Collision is (CDW):

• 800 Euro + VAT for (Category A, B and C)
• 1000 Euro + VAT for (Category C1, D, D1, E, E1, H, H1)
• 1200 Euro + VAT for (Category M1, H3, F, F1)
• 1600 Euro + VAT for (Category F2, F1, V, V1, V2)

Daily Charge of Super CDW (FDW):

• 10 Euro + VAT for (Category A, B and C)
• 12 Euro+ VAT for (Category A1, D, E, H, K, Land L1)
• 15 Euro + VAT for (Category G1, J)
• 18 Euro + VAT for (Category H2, V, V1)

Excess Amounts after accepting Super CDW (FDW):

• 100 Euro + VAT for (Category A, B and C)
• 150 Euro + VAT for (Category A1, D, E, H, K, Land L1)
• 200 Euro + VAT for (Category G1, J)
• 250 Euro + VAT for (Category H2, V, V1)

NO INSURANCE COVERAGE SHALL APPLY TO:

• Damage caused to the car's tires, windscreen, windows or bottom.
• Loss or theft of personal items kept in the car.
• Any damage caused to the car during transportation by ship or other means.
• Any incident taking place while the driver is under the influence of alcohol or narcotics.
• Accidents caused by a driver who has not been stated in the rental agreement.

When you make a reservation you will pay on counter, which means that we will charge 15% of the total sum to your credit card if you choose the "PAY ON COUNTER" option , and that amount will be kept as a deposit. The remaining payment amounts will be processed by Dimitris Rent a Car upon your arrival. In the event of cancelling 3 days or more prior to your arrival date, no cancellation penalties will be incurred and the deposit will be returned. For any cancellations made less than 3 days prior to your arrival date we will use the 15% as a penalty charge.

All local taxes and VAT are included in the final prices, no extra charges applied.

All drivers must hold a credit card for guarantee purposes. In some cases we allow rental of A, B or C, category cars upon request.

No insurance coverage shall apply to: Damages caused to tires, windscreen, windows or the lower part of the car. Damages or theft of personal belongings kept in the car. Any incident inside the car during transport by ship or any other means. Any incident while the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Accidents caused when the driver has not been declared in the rental contract.

Each hour of delay is charged with 1/6 of the daily rate.

The car can only be driven by the person whose details are written on the rental agreement. You are allowed to add additional drivers with an extra charge of €5 per day.
